Variables

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ All variables within this data set are continuous variables, as there are no integers present. Theoretically, it would be possible for integers to exist. However, the likelihood of solving a cube and stopping the timer at the exact beginning of a second is extremely low.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The independent variable in this data is the type of puzzle being solved. The 3x3 times only show the results for 3x3 cubes; the 2x2 times only show the results for 2x2 cubes. The dependent variables are the solving method that I am using, the brand or quality of cube being used for each solve, the amount of practice leading up to the solves, stress levels, and luck during the solves.
